Bad customer service. Also Wells Fargo no longer accepts coins at any of their locations. They won't count out the coin for you either. What kind of bank doesn't accept us currency? Absolutely ridiculous. Switched a couple accounts to US bank. I may switch all them after this.

I asked if they had a coin machine to get rid of a container of loose coins, they replied yes, so I waited in line for about 10-15 mins and then when I got to the bank teller they informed me that their coin machine is broke... Well I would have rather not waited in line to be told that, big waste of my time.

This is the best branch ever. Since you enter till you leave, everybody is professional and friendly, everybody is smiling and trying to serve in the best way. Thank for DOMINIQUE MOORE for his professionallity and making my appointment unforgettable. Also I would like to thank the branch manager MARTIN BEETLER for making this branch very great. He is a real leader and taking care of the clients.

Every time I go they are very professional and nice and friendly and it's a very close location and very convient. It hardly ever be pack at a certain time of the day.
