The best urgent care treatment I have ever received. I was in and out very quickly. Ashley, who was the medical assistant, took me to my room and was very kind to me. She took my vitals and made me feel very comfortable. Erin who was the provider who saw me treated and assessed me very well. I was able to get a prescription and I am feeling so much better. I love AFC! Will forever recommend
I've been here twice in 2022 and both times I've been impressed. The facility seems newish and clean. The staff have ALL been friendly to me - every single person I've interacted with. The online registration process is fairly easy and it's nice not to have to do any paperwork or answer any questions once you arrive. My wait times have been reasonable so far, only about 10 minutes. I don't dread going to urgent care now that I've found this place.
You don’t want to have to go to an urgent care but life happens. Glad I went to AFC, great experience all around! I needed stitches on my foot and had gone to another urgent care closer to me. They were extremely unpleasant and on an almost two hour wait. I called AFC and spoke to someone at the actual location who could let me know how busy they were. She was extremely friendly and help. Once I arrived, I was quickly checked in and waited 15-20 minutes to be seen. The providers were wonderful and did a great job stitching me up. Highly recommend AFC for any of your urgent care needs.
This was my first visit to an urgent care facility. Very happy that I got there after the morning rush since I only waited approximately 15 minutes. The nurse practitioner who saw me for my irritated eye was professional and followed medical protocol. I was happy that she used a viewing/exam lense to see if there was a major problem in my eye and for prescribing anti-bacterial eye drops. However, I did not expect too much because eye issues are a specialty. Overall, I was very pleased with the intake and triage steps, and with the medical care and advice provided by Nurse Practitioner Kate.
I was given an opportunity to schedule an appointment the following day when I called, also, I could have a walk-in to the clinic night of my call I chosen to to schedule! I signed and was seen within 15 minutes of my appointment! My treatment was very pleasant by all who attended me! Admission nurse, X-ray technician, physician assistant, etc tremendous experience, very clean facility. I would visit them anytime for Urgent Care!
Visit to AFC urgent Care Stoneham went pretty much seamlessly. The facility was clean and seemed to be well laid iut. All employees were personable and helpful. Check-in process was straight-forward and efficient. Even with other patients present the wait time to see a physician was reasonably quick. The physician who examined my son provided prompt and clear diagnosis and treatment recommendations. And we were on our way out and on to a pharmacy rather expeditiously. Good, positive experience.
They were so amazing! I'm not good with needles by any means and the medical assist who had to draw blood was so amazing and I barely felt so. So gentle and responsive to my needs! The doctor who helped me with my monkeypox issue was FABULOUS! KUDOS to AFC if I could give you guys 6 stars I would! A+ treatment and tender loving care! Hugs and love to you all!
I had a very great experience at the AFC Urgent Care Stoneham this past weekend. I was sent for a pre-employment drug screening and the employees at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. It wasn’t a long wait at all, I was in and out in no time. I was amaze by how clean the facility was and the great customer service. I would recommend AFC Urgent Care Stoneham to friends and families anytime. Thank you for the wonderful experience.
As a general rule, I don’t write reviews. But I’m making an exception in this case. The whole team at the AFC in Stoneham is great. I rolled in at 2 minutes until closing on a Friday I know, I’m a jerk, but they took us in. That kindness on their part saved us a trip to the ER. These comments are probably long overdue - this is not our first visit. Everyone in the family has been helped by the team there, and we’ve always had a good experience.
I ended up with walking pneumonia while on vacation. The day after Christmas is probably not the best time to go for urgent care so the wait was pretty long but once I got in the all the staff were really nice. I felt well cared for and they did a thorough job of diagnosing my illness.
