Kenneth Shieh

Working in the medical field myself it's very hard to find a good provider. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shieh. He has taken the time to go through and try to find solutions to my problems. He is always thinking of new things to try and do. I have had a few procedures with him as well and his bed side manor is superb everything is clearly explained and gone through. You are in amazing hands with Dr. Shieh.

They accommodated me when I mixed up telehealth and in-person visits. Also, Dr. Shieh is excellent. The receptionists are good. I feel like I am in competent hands at this practice and with this Doctor.

I write today to tell you about my experience this morning at the Tufts Community Care, Dr. Shieh's office. My appointment was at 11:00a,m. I arrived at 10:45a.m. I was greeted by the nicest woman at the front desk. I don't know her name, but she was definitely the right person for the front desk. She had a lovely sweater on, and was gracious and kind. Next, I was called into the room at 10:50a.m. - 10 minutes early. I was greeted by a male Medical Assistant which is not typical in my experience. He was a gentleman. He inquired about my day, about my commute, and about how I was feeling. He took the time to learn my name, and again was so kind. Next, I met Dr. Shieh. He was smiling, knew my name when he walked into the room, and made what would typically be a nervous appointment for me, relaxing. He took the time to understand my history, what was going on with me, and most importantly explained the possible causes and possible testing. I did not feel rushed, I felt like I was well heard and my opinion and feelings were taken into great consideration. Lastly, upon my exit, I needed to make follow up appointments and testing appointments. Another woman at the front desk was more than helpful. I explained to her that time was of the essence and that I would like to schedule both of my appointments on the same day. Needless to say - she made that happen - with a smile, and a Happy Holidays.

Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. K. Shieh is the best! Very lucky I found him.
