Was very happy dealing with this store & Deb! There was a glitch online with one of their products, and they were great with working with me to fix the issue and allow me to make the purchase at the sale price advertised. Appreciated their excellent customer service and would recommend them to others! Thanks for making my first baby purchase so seamless.

Most helpful baby store! First time mom, and the things you need for baby can be overwhelming, especially picking a stroller for active city life. The ladies at the shop were so helpful and they have the largest selection of strollers on the floor so you can try them out before you buy! First rate service.

We went there today with a rough idea of what we wanted, but were open to other options. The girl who helped us was quite knowledgeable and patient and showed us some great options. it turns out the stroller we had been eyeing for a month was available on sale as a floor model sale. Same 2 year warranty as new in box also! We also got the matching car seat (brand new and still cheaper then other places) for the stroller (peg book cross). With the same warranty, and the fact that the floor model looked completely untouched, we went with it. Overall we paid less after tax for the floor model peg and new car seat (as well as an additional item) then we would have paid before tax from any other store. The fact that they handle the manufacturer warranty in store sealed the deal. Great store and I'll be happy to return

I had issues with the folding mechanism on my uppababy vista so I brought it to Macklems for repairs. Told me they will get back to me with an estimate within a few days. Got a call the next day telling me they resolved my issue without needing any repairs. Didn't charge me anything (even though the issue was due to my own stupidity) . They were very knowledgeable and most importantly honest which was highly appreciated. Would highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable staff. Well-organized store. After having already agreed to a price on a stroller and paid the deposit they later reduced the price because of a manufacturer applied discount. They could have not told me this and saved themselves $150+ but they were honest. Kudos to them.
