This guy doesn't know what he is doing. His system is always down while all the other locations are fine. Avoid this place its not worth your time.

sold me a 500$ lemon (iphone 6) and despite bringing it in for repairs twice within 6 months (one which i was charged 50$ for) refused to do anything when the device completely failed 10 months later. even had it looked at at Apple and was told it was a faulty machine. incredibly stressful, dishonest transactions with kurram. *this location moved from inside the Freedom store, to 2379 dundas st west, just north of dundas west subway*

DON’T HAVE YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE! My iphone 6 has had problems since I did - the camera stopped working, and finally the touch screen stopped responding. I had to take it to another repair place where I was told whoever did the previous repair did a TERRIBLE job. They used all the wrong screws, and everything was mis-aligned. I paid them $100 to basically destroy my phone. They should be reported.

Stay away from here, they are crooks! Took my phone there to get unlocked. I specifically ask if it can be unlocked and used with wind-yes no problem is what i was told. Trust me, dont pay them before everything is checked out. It didn't work and he refuse to give me my money back! Said that its my problem and i should know! That was why i took the phone there to ask if it can be unlocked and work with wind/freedom Mobil. He also con me to buy new card. In total I spend $51.30 and left with nothing. While i was there a guy came in and said that he fixed his screen and now the phone does not work. The agent basically pushed him aside and took his phone and said come back tomorrow before dealing with the lady behind him. She was there to pay her husband and her bill. He rang up 63.00 but she said she usually pays 56.00 in Mississauga. He attempts to shove the machine at her and tells her its an interact fee. She asked him over and over to explain why it cost more, while he keeps pushing that machine at her. She said no way and left. I have dealt with them before, fix my phone and still does the same thing. told its the battery so i bought new one and still my phone dies at half battery full. Before i went there i was thinking of taking to the mall but i didn't bc its close and i had to go get my kids. I tried and tried to get my money back. When i first got there, he told me he was working on this ( my) phone this morning but when i ask for my money he said that he had to pay to unlock it. These guys are LIARS and THIEVES. Walk a little further and skip this place. They are not honorable Update I spoke with a supervisor named Natalie, super nice lady! She was very helpful and extremely nice. She did credit my money and i am extremely happy and so glad she works there and did the right and honorably thing. Thanks Natalie! I will definitely stay with Freedom if they have employees such as Natalie

Very good store. The guy there solved the internet connection problem my husband had on his phone
