The BEST wellness centre ever! Expert, professional, kind, caring, empathetic and wonderful people. I would recommend Active Med to anyone, hands down. They go above and beyond to provide the best, most effective treatment and five star client service. Always leave feeling rejuvenated and better! Best kept secret in Richmond Hill! And they won't get angry if you answer you cell phone (emergencies only) during treatment :)

This is how professional medical care should be. Dr. Nik and her team are friendly, warm and extremely competent! Booking appointments and dealing with insurance is stress-free and easy. Dr. Nik herself is patient, caring and very very good at what she does. If you've ever felt like you were not being listened to, or rushed through treatment without adequately addressing your concerns, then this is the place for you. She takes the time to listen to what is ailing you, discusses your situation and treatment and pays close attention to how you react to your treatment. There's no more need for me to go around seeking the best professional treatment for my various aches and pains. I've finally found it and would recommend this place to anybody that's still looking!

This place is great. They did not overcharge me and treatsmentsnare done properly. No cutting corners.... The stuff is friendly. Would recommend for anyone..

My mom recommended Active-Med to me when I was having issues with my hip. She has been going there for a couple of years now and has always spoke highly of Dr Nik and her entire team. I must say she was not exaggerating. Their professionalism and compassion is truly unmatched. Thank-you all so much.

Staff is friendly and the doctor was super awesome. knowledgeable and such a good listener. Explained all the procedures needed to be done and fixed my messed up back! Great experience and will definitely come back. 👍🏻
