1 To 1 Rehab

My sister is using one-to-one rehab through the central LHIN. While 1-to-1 rehab did try to help my sister when my mom made complaints about the care she was receiving from their OT which is 100 percent valid, they are now saying they can't get involved. I am a teacher myself and always advocate for the parent since they are the ones who know their child best. It's just disappointing that 1 to 1 rehab is not doing the same for my sister. If the OT is part of their agency, they should be trying to work with my mother and sister to ensure that she is in the best hands and proper protocols are being followed. Standards and walkers are essential devices that must be used on a regular basis.

Had an excellent experience with the individuals that provided care to my daughter, they supported her and provided her with the tools to succeed in the future
