I had a car accident a few months ago and was referred to Awesome Physiotherapy of Richmond Hill by my insurance company. I am so grateful to have found this physiotherapy center! I was really nervous about going to physiotherapy but the team here made me feel comfortable and confident from the first session. They explained everything they were doing and why, and thanks to their help I am now pain-free and back to my normal activities.

Highly recommend this physiotherapy clinic for any issue, especially sports injuries. I had been dealing with a lower back injury for months and visited the physiotherapist at Awesome for help. I was looking for a physiotherapy clinic near Beverly Acres I had recently relocated here when I came across Awesome Physiotherapy Of Richmond Hill. I scheduled a consultation and began my physiotherapy treatments the following week. I've been coming here for three weeks because I have TMJ. This physiotherapy center comes highly recommended by me! Dr. Suresh, my physiotherapist, is extremely competent and knowledgeable. She has greatly aided me in reducing my pain. Excellent care and very supportive staff. We have visited multiple clinics for physiotherapy but this is by far the best clinic. They cared about my recovery and helped me throughout my recovery.

I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder in June, 2022 and my doctor's office advised me to go for physio.  I visited Awesome Physiotherapy at 10350 Yonge St. in Early July, 2022 for an assessment and an initial treatment session.  Kamala was very knowledgeable.  She recommended 8 weeks of visits.  There was continuous improvement of the range of motion for my shoulder throughout the 2 months.  By the end of the 2 months, I had regained virtually all of my range of motion of the first type of motion, over 80% of the 2nd type and over 75% of the third.  This was enough for me to be able to do all of my work activities.  I now continue with the the stretches and heating pad on my own at home to speed the recovery of the remaining range of motion. I am extremely pleased with the recovery so far in my range of motion.  When I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder, I researched it and saw that typically the recovery time takes several months.  I also saw it reported that the more physio you do the faster the recovery time and that the sooner you start the faster the recovery time.  In my case, I started soon after my diagnosis, I was consistent doing the stretches daily at home and I had excellent treatment and guidance from Kamala.  She was also very patient with me as I had lots of questions.  Thanks again. Steve Bessada
