As a keen sports player I have had many injuries which has required physio in the past, however I can confidently say that treatment with Zoe is the best treatment I have ever had from a physio. She is very approachable and makes sure you fully understand the science or mechanics behind your injury so that you know how the exercises she sets for you will help you recover. She takes her time to take you through the exercises so she knows you're performing them properly and she even sends videos of the exercises so that you don't forget them once you've left the clinic. Additionally she is very easy to contact and is swift at replying to any concerns you may over text, which is a bonus!

Zoe is a wonderful, knowledgeable and attentive physiotherapist. During my training for my first marathon, I started having niggles with my right hip which turned into recurring pain that prevented me from putting any significant weight on my right leg. This was my first time visiting a physiotherapist and Zoe explained the diagnosis & treatment in layman terms that were easy to understand. Her videos of the exercises were easy to follow, and after a month of following the prescribed mobility exercises & taking her recommendations on current training regimen, I am fully back on track on my marathon training journey. No amount of yoga or sports massages would have done what visiting PhysioMotion has done for me. I highly recommend Zoe.
I had seen multiple physios to help recover from a serious knee injury however I found little progress from a variety of different approaches. A friend at work recommended Zoe and I'm glad they did. After a few months with her, I am now playing football again and loving it. Zoe was knowledgeable, kind and consistently checked in. I would recommend her to anyone.
Absolutely fantastic! Zoe really helped me rebuild the strength in my shoulder and get back on the pitch playing lacrosse. Friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable around all things physio. I even had some free advice thrown in towards my running technique for triathlons
The surgeon who operated on the tendons in my right foot recommended Zoe to me and I am so glad that he did. As well as being an excellent physiotherapist who got me running again far more quickly than I thought possible, Zoe is a thoroughly nice person. Highly recommended.
I was looking for a reliable physio. Sam listened to my symptoms I accrued after an operation on my ankle. He carefully worked out a tailored treatment plan for me. Sam is a really positive person make you feel comfortable with the treatment that he prescribes. I would have no hesitation to recommending Sam to anyone looking for a physiotherapists Wendy
Zoe is absolutely a top-notch physio. She provides the most expert and knowledgeable advice as well as crucial support and encouragement. I would never have recovered from my injury as throughly or as rapidly as I did without her guidance every step of the way. I have already recommended her to several people and will continue to do so.
It only took 4 appointments with Zoe to help rebuild my strength and confidence in the gym after an injury. Throughout sessions she was understanding, helpful and tailored them to suit me personally. Zoe has helped me so much and I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
Excellent and Experienced, highly recommended! Sam is truly amazing physio who cares about wellbeing of his patients. After having a very nasty skiing injury which left me with 2 cut tendons, cut muscle and open bone fracture, Sam brought my right arm back to normal. Can't thank him enough!
