ACMC-Litchfield West

As a supervisor of a group home with vulnerable adults, I would have a hard time recommending this facility to others. 3 out of my 4 clients visit the podiatrist there every 2-3 months. Wait time wasn't bad a year- 2 years ago. Last 3-4 times I brought my clients it was a 45 minute wait, just to get toenails trimmed!! Last visit, about a month ago, waited with one of my clients for an hour and a half!!! JUST TO GET TOENAILS CLIPPED. Working on finding a new provider at a different facility, because of the outrageous wait time EACH visit.

Well as a mature adult having responsibilities & working with customers with satisfying social skills. We start with the receptionist desk. These women are quite rude (majority of the time), have overrated egos that don't qualify for their entitled positions & need some education classes for learning how to obtain, maintain and perform verbal communication to ensure their clients have choosen a the right place to visit for their medical needs. Which brings us to number 2! The nurses, now this is a hit or miss roll of the dice to what you are about to be confronted with. Either you have nurses like the receptionist's desk or you actually have a nurse that knows what she is qualified to do. Speaking of being qualified? This brings this review to stage 3! The doctors, These individuals are honestly quite a laugh to encounter. They told me directly I was "allergic to caffeine " when I was suffering from, what felt like a blood clot running from random limbs (left leg & arm, right leg & arm) to my chest & from my chest back to random limbs stated. The lack of specific detail to why someone was not in work due to medical reasons.... Unprofessional! I speak from many different visits to acmc & not just one. They believe they know everything but in reality? It feels like they didn't go to college to obtain their medical degree/ license to be certified.... Overall, if you want the professional service you want & can trust? I highly advise to find other alternatives because this is NOT the place you'll wanna get caught in a life or death situation. Thanks for your service ACMC but you are not qualifies to perform what is required for your clients. Sincerely, Anonymous
