Dr. Shear is absolutely amazing! I was extremely nervous when I came in, and her professionalism and care put me at ease. They also were able to get me in for an appointment weeks/months before anyone else in the area would. I would recommend her and this practice to anyone searching for a urologist! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

When I walked in for the first time, it was quiet and peaceful. Once I was called to go back with a nurse, I found her to be very friendly and reassuring. I had been to a Urologist previously where 4 people, maybe all nurses, perhaps a doctor was there, too. I wasn't introduced to any of them. If I saw a doctor, I never knew! Here, the doctor came in and introduced himself and was very reassuring. He immediately started talking with me and asking questions. I was never overwhelmed like my previous and original experience with a urologist. When I left. I felt that I had come to the right place. It was a very nice experience.

Dr Shear explained what she was going to do before the procedure and described each step as she was working. She ticked off possible reasons for my symptoms and explained her thinking through my issues. She said she would consult with my primary care physician, which I appreciate very much. I often wonder if my different specialist know what each other are thinking and prescribing. I appreciate a collaborative approach.She never condescended.

One of the few medical practices that wait on you when your appointment time comes, if not before if you arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time. Not just once but every time. The doctor listened to me and the nurse was cordial and respectful. And the treatment was successful.

I had read many bad reviews and was hesitant to keep my appointment. But I was very pleased with the overall experience. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Kagey listened to my concerns and answered all my questions.

Staff is friendly, courteous, professional, helpful, understanding. I cannot say enough good things. They made me feel valued as a human being. Dr. Kagey is awesome!

I seen Dr. Kagey years ago and he was an excellent doctor. He found out what was wrong and explained everything to me and did a procedure to fix a blockage I had with one of my kidneys and everything went great. I am planning to see him again soon for another issue and I highly recommend him to anyone who has urology issues.

The dreaded “V” surgery recently. They were very professional, quick, and informative. They told me what to expect after so there is no surprises. Dr. Kagey was awesome and I’d recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Whisnant has been very attentive to my concerns and has pursued the least intrusive treatment options. This has worked out very well thus far in my case. I recommend him highly.
