I wish I could rate ZERO stars. Absolutely worthless facility along with half the providers they employ. They’ll make sure to charge you over 2k for the 3 minutes you talked to the doctor and they dismissed all your problems though!
This room we were in seemed a bit outdated d stuck in the past but a 5 min wait in the waiting room, 5 minutes in the office and quick friendly service cannot be beat. I find it impossible to find a doctor but I cannot complain about the facility, staff or system in place.
This week has been a challenge to say the least. Having to have been in the ER three times this week with my kids was very difficult. The first visit we had was probably one of the scariest things I have ever witnessed. I had never seen retracted breathing before and the staff acted quickly and took very good care of my 5 year old son. The following morning I was back with my 18 month old with similar symptoms and had the same doctor who took swift care of her. Then this morning we had to have another trip for my son. The nurses are the sweetest and the care was fast. I wish I could remember the name of the nurse that took care of my son both times because she went above and beyond to ensure he received the best care, even after we left and he had thrown up in the parking lot she brought out sick bags to get us home. Amazing people who even consoled me as I wept for my babies. Best medical care.
Efficient service, knowledgeable staff, friendly and kind workers across the board. Clean and well kept. Professional staff in ER were prepared and able to handle complex cases as well as any ER in the twin cities. Consultation with specialists via internet increases accuracy of treatment. Ambulance services and air lifts available if patients have to transferred to a higher level of care. The Emergency Crews were well educated and quite capable.
This place was absolutely confused. I have never written a bad review…… here is my first. My blood pressure got up to 190/125. This hospital and its staff was negligent. They sent me home without a ride or taxi and discharged me. The doctors first name was Mark I can not remember his last name. I am retired military and border patrol agent. I am going to do everything in my power to can this jerk.
