The intent of our Facebook page is to share health information, facilitate discussion and engage individuals in leading healthier lives. Positive and respectful ideas, information, opinions and stories are encouraged and appreciated. While comments and posts will not be edited, we will delete a comment or post without notification if we determine it is:

• Spam (items posted repeatedly)

• Graphic, obscene, explicit, vulgar or racially offensive

• Abusive, hateful or intended to defame anyone or any organization

• Hate speech, name-calling or a personal attack

• A solicitation or advertisement, which includes a promotion or an endorsement for or a negative campaign against any financial, commercial, governmental or non-governmental agency or organization, or candidate running for a political office

• Suggesting or encouraging illegal activity

• A copyright infringement

Repeated violation of these guidelines may result in blocking.

We understand that social media is a 24/7 medium, but our monitoring capabilities are not. We trust in the maturity of our community to ignore personal attacks, negative speech or any other site violations until we are able to respond. We make every effort to moderate all comments in a timely manner.
