Horrible!!! 
Signed up yesterday on Friday.  Told the lady we'd be here on Saturday.  Here today and there there is still an Access Storage lock on our unit. We can't get in to our locker store our stuff. Called the emergency number twice with no response so far. Going on 40 minutes. Now leaving without being able to store our stuff. This has been a complete waste of time!!!!

Terrible Experience.  While the firm acknowledges that they continued to charge my credit card after the account was closed - the best I can get from them, after several months, is "your check is in the mail".  I had such account errors corrected within a week by other firms - but not in this case.

Looks like I need to go the BBB or small claims court route - but who needs all this hassle.
