Great hotel in an excellent location. The staff were very friendly, especially at the reception. The warm pool and sauna were very enjoyable, and the heated whirlpool was a real highlight.nThe room was nice and clean, with a spacious and beautiful shower.nThe only minor downside was that I would have appreciated a kettle in the room. However, there was a Nespresso coffee machine available, which was a nice touch.nOverall, a very pleasant stay – I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I came to this hotel for work as a nurse. I’ve been to many hotels in Montreal and this one has exceeded my expectations by far. Very happy with the hotel room and cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable. Great amenities near by. This will definitely be my second home as I come to Montreal for work often. Would definitely recommend. Great customer service.

I could literally eat off the floors that's how well of a job they did.nnThe dude in the formal suit was great but the ladies were not like him and in fact they gave me the stink eye because I asked for an umbrella.nnThis is my 9th stay at this hotel in the last 4.5 years and I'd stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful, no doubt about it. About equal distance from walk from the STM at Place des Arts or Place d’Armes. Every single employee we interacted with went out of their way to be helpful and kind, and the facilities were all kept in perfect condition. My complaint comes with this trend of translucent and unsealed washroom doors…. It’s not just the AC, but come on… no fan, no sealing door, and you can see through it. Hot tub worked half the time, but pool and sauna were always in good shape. Would stay again.

I left a private review on their email but since the response I got was unsatisfactory, I am leaving a public one:nnThere was very limited hot water for the sink so we had to wash our hands with cold water. The tap would shut if we turned the knob towards the hot water. Thankfully, the shower had hot water.nThe jacuzzi was cold since the water was changed during opening hours… why not chance the water after closing?nnI booked the hotel for a meeting/vacation. It just so happened it was the play off weekend, so many families with young kids were also there. It was difficult to enjoy the pool area until 9pm every day. Kids would be loud in the afternoon opening/closing the doors so relaxing during the day was difficult.nnI mentioned in the private review that I understood that the presence of families is outside the control of the hotel. However, seeing I am a Marriott member, it would have been appreciated to get some kind of rebate for the next visit for example, which is something in their control. Instead, I got a reply saying things that I already knew and acknowledged; that presence of kids is out of their control.nnOn the bright side, I was able to check in earlier and the front desk staff were very friendly
