The other moving company we booked was a scam. Almost lost over $400. Called Roy and he was there the next day! Excellent service by both him and his employees. Very professional and took great care of all our daughters furniture. The price was given before they started and no hidden fees or up front deposit needed. We used ABC moving through a colleague of mine. The process seemed very easy however the payment was very expensive. $1200 for a whole weekend. 6 guys in dirty clothing and smoking. They went from stoney creek to pick up some furniture, made my mom wait an hour and she was working and then the initial move in date it took a long time. Will not use again

I recently moved with ABC Movers within Toronto. They were professional. Roy visited our home to assess the move, he gave me a quote for free. I decided to go with them because they were the only company who cared enough to make the visit. They were also reasonable in price. Three people came promptly on the day of the move. They wrapped everything in blankets, not a scratch on any furniture. All boxes were handled with care. The move went smoothly with no problems. I recommend that Roy would be there to supervise.

We had such a great experience with ABC moving and storage. Moving from one condo to another in busy Toronto on Canada day was such a large ask, and we were so well taken care of by Roy and his team. We also received a free, in-person quote before the move to calculate a flat fee. I cannot recommend ABC enough; they were respectful, fast at their work, patient with the situation and very careful with our things. Thank you again everyone for your kindness and hard work, for helping us move into our new home.

They lost my clothes. Broke my loft bed and did not put it together with all the parts. Kick my belongings around and left items unattended in hallway for long periods and I found people going through my stuff. Did not fallow directions and the men ignored my direction telling me just "no" as I watched them break my bed. Always wanting to use my bathroom. I use to be a professional mover myself and there's no way this move needed to take over six hours I had everything packed and ready. They were aggressive and incompetent.
