Fantastic over and above service from the first quote thru to the last item unloaded from the truck. The guys on my job worked in terribly severe weather conditions, going well over the time allocated and never once complained. The team moving me did everything possible to make my part of the move as easy as possible. I would recommend these guys to ANYONE. Fantastic company!

Pathetic customer service. They asked if moving date was flexible, I said yes, then never heard back from them. Very unprofessional.

Moved from a three storey walk-up to a two storey house. Crew arrived on time and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Firemen Movers.

I requested a quote from them and received a quote at 3:59 on Friday. Unfortunately I did not pick up the message until after 5pm ( office now closed and office closed Sat & Sun). I sent an email stating I would call on Monday to confirm. I called Monday at aprox. 9:05am only to be told that the date was booked over the weekend. One has to wonder how something gets booked when the offices are closed. Now I am stuck with no mover 4 days before my move. This is not good customer service at all.

So professional. Took what was a very hard moving day for us & made it much less stressful. We moved cities & they didn't gouge us like some of the other quotes we received. Put out rubber mats on the floor so they wouldn't ruin our floors. The gift of hot sauce at the end was hilarious. Will absolutely recommend.
