So today went to this place and tried to look for Barron's New SAT. As suggested on the cover, the price is $29.99 CAD, while the owner insists that the price tag is in USD and thus asking for 39.99cad. It is clearly stated on the cover that the price is in CAD lmao. Went to check on the official website, which suggests $19.99USD. Not a good experience and also the actual opening hour is 20 mins later than suggested.

I was so shocked at the service I received this morning that I had to write a review on this place. This isn't the first time I've been here. As a matter of fact, I've been a customer for the past 2 years to buy tutoring material for my students. Each time I went, I did not have a good experience, but today was not acceptable in my opinion and have ultimately decided this is not a place I want to spend my money. It was pouring with rain this morning, I went in the store and bought a book. I asked for a bag, and the lady tells me that she can't give me one because I only purchased one book. She says she'll give me a different bag, and it was a very dirty and sticky bag from a grocery store. I wasn't happy with this service, and I wanted to let them know I've been a repeat customer for the past 2 years, but I took the high road. I thanked them, didn't accept the bag, and left. I wish them the best in their business, but I will be going to Artel Book Store in Kingsway Burnaby from now on even if it means a bit more commute time. I gave ABC Academic Books enough chances, but they do not deliver on their service. To add insult to injury, they always open 30 minutes after their opening time.
