worst decision ever. Guys were nice to my face but took full advantage of me and my financial situation. they were good at talking me into a bad deal real good. had me thinking i was getting a solid deal, untill i checked the market and did some research. if it werent for the salesmans selling skills Aarons wwould not be in business. one star for the skill of salesman he had talent for his field of work.

Allison was awesome. She didn't try to upsell us like another store did. We move into our new house tomorrow, and Wednesday our new appliances arrive. No more laundromat

The sales rep she is very friendly and very nice to talk with, she was very helpful very professional and knows her stuff. The delivery guys were very friendly they knew what they were doing and very professional. We highly recommend Aaron's they have very good quality items at a great price.

i would recomend it to people to go there but make sure yu do not fall hard on time and have to give the stuff back because you will not be able to rent again even if they advertise no hassel return

I am not a happy customer at Aaron's , sometimes companies should go the extra mile to provide customer service. Read fine print all of the clause. I am a professional business women and paid all money up front and even 40.00 deposit an then returned the equipment and was unable to get store credit or some money back. Return was in a week , I had for 7 days. will never rent from Aaron's again and will forward my review on ward.

Staff are nothing but game players and has been reported to head office tones of times I don't suggest my friends there or family. This was the PETERBOROUGH AREA
