Staff is friendly, store is neat and clean... I always print my photos or documents on their on line website They always have my items ready within 10-20 minutes. Their website stapled.ca I don't like at all I had placed an order for a laptop And had some issues with it, returned it for refund and it takes forever before you get your refund They keep saying it's will be back on your card in 2-5 days It goes by and nothing I call back and they tell me 5-1 days before I receive my credit You should be able to return items you buy on line at your local store and receive a instant credit.

Has a lot of good useful products to help around the office or home. Friendly sercive that are willing to search for the things you want if they dont have it in stock.

Poor Customer Service in the printing department. $1600.00 for 40 colour copies. We had to pry for other options. Ended up printing them ourselves for $15.00 in a smaller more manageable size.

Great staff. Good service. If not in stock they will have it tomorrow. Price match What more can you ask for.
