This insurance brokerage company is slow, careless and places the mistakes of their brokers on the customers who wish to purchase insurance. When asking for an insurance quote, ensure that you state clearly that you wish to only receive a quote. If it's not clear, the broker may simply add the coverage to your insurance and send you the bill months later. This happened to me and instead of admitting fault, they sent my "outstanding amount" to a collection agency. Also, it took nearly three months for me to receive my insurance documents after I had paid for coverage. Go elsewhere or deal with your insurance company of choice directly to avoid this costly and frustrating hassle. A.A. Munro, specifically at this location in Greenwood, NS, is not worth anyone's money or time.
