After giving them our business for 20 years, they dropped us over in home daycare coverage, claiming they had no companies that would cover what we needed. Very rude and unhelpful. Very poor customer service. IT WAS VERY EASY TO TAKE ALL OF OUR BUSINESS AWAY AND GET THE COVERAGE WE NEEDED. They clearly had no interest in trying to help.  July 21/22 Thanks for replying. You had an opportunity 5 years ago to make things right and refused. Seems like a lot of other brokers use the same companies as you and were more than happy to help us.

Great staff. Karen has been awesome. Arranging my home and auto.  So pleasant to deal with.  Very efficient and even responded to my requests on the weekend. Excellent service!  Thank you.

Horrible service since covid 19 had my insurance canceled without notifications and have spent 2 months trying to get ahold of these guys absolutely awful
