I had a claim to place through due to a mishap on behalf of Halifax Water. Their insurance representative raised his voice to me on the phone and spoke over me the entire time we would talk. They are taking multiple months to resolve a relatively simple matter, of only a few hundred dollars, that I had sent video evidence of and had receipts for the damaged items.
