Thieves. Do not trust them. This is my experience with the New Minas branch. After moving from The Valley to Halifax I gave them my new address. One year later I receive a call telling me that they forgot to update my address after I had given it to them and that I now owe them over $1000 in back payment over a mistake they made. Awful, unreliable crooks.
Will not insure a motorcycle unless you insure your car through them as well
Been with them for 10 years, no issues. Had a couple of accidents and everything was taken care of quickly. Great insurance company!
