The food was amazing. I ordered for Tacos Beef and fish. The staff recommended the fish, it was deliciously so good! The side salad was great too. There were too many staff working, but I was the only one there. They were greeting, smiling and attentive. The restaurant was clean and orderly. The only thing I felt bad for were the hanging plants, some of them got neglected and died, the owner must have good intentions to put them there for aesthetic purposes but they forgot to water them. Everything seemed awesome but that. I recommend this place. Great food, great staff, great ambience. I was like taken to a Taqueria in Mexico for a moment. Good job
Lovely place to have an authentic Mexican lunch. Our waitress was lovely, explained everything out to us and was very careful to note the food allergies some of our group had. We all loved the tacos in particular the fish, Al Pastor and chicken. We loved the Margaritas but found them at bit expensive at $15 for lunch. The dessert cinnamon donuts were tasty and easily divisible amongst our group. We ate inside but there is also a lovely patio outside if you prefer. We would definitely go back again.
It wasn’t the best taco place ever, I can see it being a cool spot in the summer because they have fireplaces outside, I forgot to take photos of the tacos. We got one of each of the meat ones, and one mushroom one, they’re small for being $6 each, and doesn’t come with a lot of filling. The tomato soup we ordered was good, was interesting with the deep fried tortillas inside.
I was pleasantly surprised when I tried their chilaquiles as they were perfectly soaked in the sauce, yet crunchy. Really good. I also tried their tacos al pastor and they were so yummy and well served. The drink didn't disappoint either, my mojito was delicious. Congratulations to the chef, good food and it feels authentic. The decor is also really original and reminds me of Mexico taquerias. I wish it would have been warmer to eat in their patio. Our waitress was also so nice and always smile and the service is so fast. I loved it! My only reason for 4 and 5 stars is because the tables inside are to close to each other and they are small. I kept bumping my feet to the person I was sitting next to, and I couldn't go to the washroom while the waitress was taking the other table's order. Also prices are a bit steep for the type of food, specially the drinks.
Same owner as native tongues. Absolutely amazing 5 star tacos. Bathroom is very clean too with a foot operated tap that's convenient for covid life
Very tasty Mexican food, a little on the salty side. The donuts are amazing! I would definitely go back for the donuts!
This place was prefect for a cool drink on a hot day. $15 for a Margarita is a bit steep but it was good but I certainly wasn't ordering another unfortunately. We tried a few of the tacos and the kids steak taco literally just pieces of steak. A great little lunch stop.
A1 Cantina was a fantastic experience! Amazing food, vibrant and fun server. Thank you Jeremy for the spot on food recommendations, great service, and humor! Appies and food came out quickly. Cervezas were nice and cold. Fish Tacos there were exactly what I had been craving. Lightly crusted and not greasy at all! There was a new pork belly taco released the night we went... also a must try! Patio was an enjoyable environment. Washrooms were clean. Did I mention the great food?! I will be going back to try out more items on the menu for sure! Happy hour here I come!
Really good place to get chilaquiles during brunch. The al pastor tacos are ok, but the I liked the chilaquies more. The place is nice, the food is good, the service is really good, but its a little overpriced.
Our group ordered the tacos and burritos which were very good. The Agua Fresca tasted a bit interesting cucumber and pineapple, tasted more like cucumber water. Would recommend adding more lime and pineapple to the juice.
