Staff are extremely nice and helpful. Some prices are highish depending some items, other items are very reasonably priced. I come here to buy my loose leaf herbs, which the prices on most of the herbs are very competitive to even ordering online, as the wild crafted are locally sourced lowering the prices. The quality of the items in the store are very good. If you're looking for a health food store in Squamish this is the place to go.

This store is a welcoming and inviting place. An amazing and smart selection of products for its size with a wide variety of products and the cheapest prices I have found anywhere in Squamish. They have a great customer appreciation sale every month too, which I was happy to see! The staff seem to be really knowledgeable and every time I have had questions I always get support. I highly recommend making this your go-to neighbourhood health store.

Stopped in again on my way to Whistler for my usual smoothie brake ! Still the best selection of supplements anywhere near the Sea to Sky ! Same old friendly and knowledgeable staff for the past 20 years. Prices are even better then most anywhere on the lower mainland. Nice place to stop over; thanks for the advice and the many bargains ! Wish you all good health and happiness, See you soon !!!!!!
