The staff, the food and the atmosphere are all wholesome for fast food especially. I usually recognise the people working here and they're always competent and conscientious. I appreciate that they try to reduce waste. The packaging has minimal plastic, and they do have a cup-exchange program they should advertise more. You buy a speical cup for drinks, and when you bring the cup back next time, they exchange it for a fresh cup, and give a $0.20 discount with each use of the reusable cup.
Warm and friendly greeting and wonderful service from Darren at this location. Food was great, as always, and root beer served in frosty mugs. We were so impressed!
The tall white guy with glasses working in the drive through sept 24 at 9pm - you're amazing and my husband and I Recieved the best service we could possibly get from a drivethru. Hope you get recognized for your excellent service
When all the other A&W I visited can substitue meat with harsh brown for the Canadian special, this shop simpily reply they cannot. They say they have no button for it. They say they can only punch in each items as per my request. If you can make what I want, what is the point for saying NO to customer. I decided to leave as i felt like discriminated.
There is great service at the drive thru here. However, the pavement in the drive thru is something else altogether. Watch where you drive!nThe Dark Chocolate Frozen Cold Brew is to die for! Better than an iced cap from Tim.
