went for a quick bite brunch. no mugs, just plastic given for dine in, unlike the other A & W stores near this location in downtown. they give ceramics for their in store customers. chubby chicken is a little dry. served a minute after I placed the order, I think it's sitting in the warmer even before I order it. stores not even busy.
Worst A&W store. Had Latte from here and the quantity was less. No foam at all, didn't feel like Latte. Also, asked for extra hot and it was not. This was my second time here, previously ordered a coffee and it was not fresh, tasted overly bitter and just warm.nAvoid this place.
Yesterday we bought some food in this location. I'll never come back to them.nInside one burger was black long hair.nnNot recommend!
So this has got to be just the worst experience ever it’s funny lol. Ordered their limited time whistle dog to review it. As it normally comes with mustard and relish, I asked just ketchup.nnWhen I got it, it was LITERALLY A BUN, HOTDOG AND KETCHUP. They actually removed the bacon and the cheese as well. Paid $7 for literally a hot dog because someone didn’t understand condiments are not the same as MAIN INGREDIENTS when it comes to order.nnYou can go for Macdonalds and order a bacon cheese burger just ketchup and they will still include the cheese and bacon. Not sure what the workers were thinking but management needs to really work on communication.
Interesting experience on April/6/24. I decided to pretend don’t know how to pay with a coupon. Workers and, in special a young lady were rude and impatient. I had a coupon of $5.99 and they were charging me 6.50 . My question was how much is the food? They pointed the 6.50 … I kept asking how much is the food? They were not able to explain to me then I paid it. They probably were thinking that I didn’t want to pay it but was not what I was looking for. Then I made a last try when I was eating it. How much is that food if I hadn’t the coupon? Ahh then I got the correct answer $8.30 . People are in automatic pilot, don’t assume that all people are familiar with coupons and pay attention to the questions of the customers and mostly important be polite and respectful.
