A Serenity NOW Massage Z Spa

Prices were ok. Location could be better but the decor inside and attitude of staff could've made up for that. Seemed really cluttered in the waiting area and didn't bring a calming feeling. The check in process was not very inviting either. We walked in and there weren't any greeters or a check in desk. We kind of assumed to sit and wait until someone arrived. During the massage was mostly relaxing. Although again some updating on decor and the smell in the room needed improvements. My biggest peeve was the communication to schedule which is only communicated through texting. Overall it was an ok experience, my masseuse was nice.

Our massage was purcgased for us as a gift through groupon. Finding the location of building was not easy. The staff and company were not very professional. You book online which is fine, but if you have a question there is a phone number that is text ONLY! What kind of business does not use calling as a form of communication? Devin came dressed in sweatpants with paint stains on them. The stretching he performed was awkward. It would have been fine if the positions weren't held for long periods. Besides that the overall massage was decent. Jade massaged my husband and he said it was horrible. He said that her touch was so light that it didn't even feel like a massage. The atmosphere was not calming at all. The massage tables were in the same room as a manicure table and the room seemed more like a dingy basement than a spa.
