Getting an appointment can be difficult.  They are very popular.  However, the quality of service is good.  The prices are salon prices but I think they are reasonable.

The stylist did a pretty good job cutting my hair. This is the first time that I actually feel like my hair is pretty and very manageable.

She also did some highlights. I would have liked them to be much more noticeable, but she said that since it was my first time getting them that I shouldn't shock my hair with really bright ones (not sure if this is true though? Maybe she just thought the color didn't match my hair that well).

Make up services weren't that great. But maybe it was just the particular person I'd gotten that day.
