A Paddle in the Park Kayaking

Had a wonderful family experience kayaking last week. Nick (new owner since April 2017) rented our whole family the kayaks we needed and made every effort to ensure we were comfortable with the boats, the area, the maps and the safety aspects. Price was good and the equipment was in good shape. He's a fun guy and offers good customer service. Great kayaking spot - enjoy!

We had a great time with our guide Erica. She was highly knowledgeable of the local bio-diversity and was very enthusiastic with interactive and educational samples. Nick, the owner, was very prompt and flexible with timing and was well prepared prior to our arrival. The area is teeming with wildlife and is very calm for kayaking; Perfect for beginners or anyone with an interest in seeing the local flora fauna up close. All in all, under the new ownership of Nick, this is a worthy local business to support. Anyone vising Saanich is missing out without a guided tour on the water with these wonderful folks.

Staff were super friendly and easy going. Kayak was ready to go as soon as we got there and handed a map and told good places to visit. Told us to call if any problems. Will definitely be back
