SeaFirst Insurance Brokers

Wanted to use a local business for my auto insurance. However, I would not recommend going here for insurance. Numerous mistakes made on my insurance policy on Seafirst’s end, including wrong start date and address entered. As I went to renew I also discovered that the coverage was not set up properly for my situation for the full year. Luckily no harm done. However, in order to avoid issues in the event of needing to make a claim I will be taking my business elsewhere to ensure I am properly protected.

I have had nothing but positive experiences at SeaFirst. The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable. As a first time home owner I was walked through the process step by step and I feel like I have the best possible coverage. I would recommend all my family and friends to use them.

We have been clients of SeaFirst, for both our personal and business insurances, for almost 15 years now and have always been delighted with their customer care and efficiency of service. And, when we had a claim, it was processed quickly and courteously. Helpful, friendly staff - could not ask for more in an insurance company.

Maria was great in understanding our needs and suggesting the complete coverage for our family. When it came to renewal and updates to our policy she quick to contact and explain. Great service and we really felt that we as the customer came first in protection for the family home.

My experience over the past 10 years with SeaFirst insurance has been excellent. SeaFirst has provided insurance to me for several properties and have been very helpful in acquiring the insurance I want at competitive rates. They have always kept me informed of my liabilities and obligations as the insured. SeaFirst was very prompt and resourceful when I needed their assistance for a small flood in my residence. I became very frustrated with my PREVIOUS insurance providers and their unwillingness to be flexible in seeking other options and looking for better rates and policies for me. Fred Huser, Kamloops
