Staff is very friendly and helpful! I had Joanne help me out and she was so nice and honest. She explained all the services pretty well and I truly appreciate everything she did for me. She helped me get a new frame and some contact lenses, and she was very patient with me when teaching me how to put contact lenses on :

Joanne was amazing, most patient person ever. Because of Joanne, I ended up stepping outside of my comfort zone with a frame I never thought I’d leave with. Love my glasses. The experience was very positive. Joanne was extremely helpful and patient as I was picking my glasses. Only negative thing would be that the glasses took two weeks to make since they don’t have a lab. Will definitely get my next glasses here!

Great service. I had an eye examination and chose a pair of glasses. Joanne helped me a lot in the choice and explaining me the service. They offer a re-examination if anything is wrong with the lenses. Extremely kind and helpful staff. My new glasses were ready in one week.
