I had a really positive experience with the staff and Dr. Kwon. It was my first eye exam in two years and the staff made the appointment booking process so convenient and they were very adaptable with scheduling my appointment given my baby’s napping schedule. Dr. Kwon was approachable and detail oriented. She was very thorough with my examination and never rushed me through the process. Her care was above and beyond what I expected from an optometrist. I will definitely be coming back for my routine eye exam.

I agree with some of the other comments. I've been going to Dr. Min Chang Ki for 8-10 years. Although I find Dr. Min really kind and hardworking, I ended up changing my optometrist because I couldn't deal with one of the rude receptionist staff. I am not sure if she the receptionist is still there but she's very bossy and unfriendly. She doesn't need to be friendly but just don't be rude to patients who is there to see the Doctor. It's unfortunate that Dr. Min is losing patients because of this receptionist. I hope Dr. Min hires new staff who will be more happy to work here and is not rude to everyone.

Have been going to see Dr. Min for years now. I met with Dr. Cho this time and he was also kind, attentive and knowledgable. What I don't like about this office is the reception staff members, not all of them but one in particular. Rude, doesn't look you in the eye, order you around to sit there, wait there.. in a very unfriendly way. She also never apologies for anything. I am seriously considering switching to another doctor because of this experience.

I have been going to Greenfield Eye Clinic for maybe 10+ years. The staff is super friendly and very helpful and the doctors are attentive and take the time to explain everything to you. I would highly recommend them.

Dropped by today for new contacts only to be attacked by the receptionist who literally snaps at you. Wow. I never seem to enjoy an encounter w the front desk staff here. Any one of them. Though dr min has always been very accommodating and friendly, I really hope he hires someone more polite to be at his front desk.

They charged $50 eye lubricant that does not work at all for allergy relief. $15 eye drop from drug store worked way better Didn’t even give me prescription for right treatment in the first place, so had to call and ask for it. I don't recommend this clinic. Very CARELESS and waste of time+money.

I went in for contact fitting, offered with one pair to try. After I told Dr. Cho that I couldn’t see things very well. He said it was okay. I left the office with no samples to try. Don’t waste your time and money. Horrible experience.

I was very appreciative when they fit me in at the last minute! I'd highly recommend! Both the optometrist and staff were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable!

Dr. Min and his associates do a great job. The clinic is tidy and the people are great. I would recommend to others to go there too.
