I had an amazing experience with Dr. Wan, today. The way she comfort a patient with care, patience and attention that's highly appreciable. She is knowledgeable and full of positive energy. The environment and stuffs are amazing as well.
Dr. Wan and associates never asked for a review from me but I could not help myself not to provide one. She's indeed extremely professional and helpful to connect me with a specialist to bring back my eye sight to 20/20. Since grade 3, my eye sight was blur looking at whiteboard in classroom and wear glasses since grade 6 until this May for Cataract surgery. It has been a month since the full recover of one month. I really enjoy my 20/20 eye sight. Back in March 2020, the start of COVID, she contacted a lot of GTA eye specialists to get at least one that can take care of my case. Her efforts and time to take care of her patients truly is worthy noted! Over the time, she also ensured I did attend the specialist's Dr. Le appointments and listened the outcomes. In my routine check-up in April 2022, she even encouraged me to get surgery sooner which previously I was scared and planning to postpone to summer July 2022. I took her advise and now I can enjoy my 20/20 eye sight at least couple of months ahead. I still do not think my words can fully describe how thankful I am to Dr. Wan!
This was my first time going to an optometrist in my 30 years of living, and the experience was honestly so great! With it being my first experience getting my eyes checked, Dr. Wan made me feel very comfortable and at ease, explaining to me what she was doing and looking for at every step, along with clear explanations for the eye irritation issues I had been experiencing. The clinic was able to contact my insurance for reimbursement so there were no steps for me to take in order to get my money back. Overall it was a great experience and I’d definitely go back here for any future eye appointments.
So glad to have found Dr. Bonnie Wan, who is very personable and knowledgeable. Dr. Wan took her time to explain every test she was doing and went over the results thoroughly. She made recommendations accordingly, wasn't pushy at all with anything. I haven't had an eye exam in decades, and she made the whole process as pleasant and comfortable as it can be. Reasonable fees for a comprehensive eye exam and best one I found in the area. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Overall, highly recommend this place.

My daughters and I have been seeing Dr. Bonnie Wan for years. She is friendly and approachable, and immediately put my girls at ease. She is also knowledgeable and keeps us informed about the newest research / products that would best apply for our particular situation. Covid has indeed been tough with my daughters' screen time increasing exponentially. Throughout the pandemic, she has been a source of reliable information as she responded to our questions, giving us insight on what we could proactively as the pandemic progressed. Thank you Dr. Wan for providing our eyes with such excellent care!
This was my first eye exam since I was a child yes, I've been remiss and Dr. Wan made it very comfortable, personable, and friendly. She was very patient with me, and provided excellent service. I'll definitely go back for my hopefully more regular exams in the future!
My husband and I have been going to see dr. Bonnie for at least 6 years now. She is so nice and attentive to your needs. We actually moved out of area and continue to make the trip for our eye care needs. Excellent service!
Dr. Bonnie Wan is very personable and friendly. She explains things well, and knows her field. She is patient and will make sure you get the proper care. Amazing doctor.
Dr Bonnie Wan was a delight. I luckily was able to book a last minute appointment which helped to fit into my hectic schedule. She is very knowledgeable and she answered my sight/eye related concerns. She helped me to understand more about my eye health. I would suggest anyone looking for an optometrist to book an appointment with her.
