Went there for prime ribs and they did not have them. Had to order something else. It is still good and delicious.
Chain restaurants are typically not on my list of restaurants where I prefer to eat quality food, but the 99 Restaurant was referred to me. And the "Serloin Tips" dish was also recommended and the steak was juicy and savory.

Just picked up carry out . Barely any fries. Steak feels like I'm eating cubed steak. Terrible.
On a time crunch we stopped in for a quick bite prior to NYE festivities, they got us in, served and out in perfect timing. Service was excellent.
