During the early morning it's nice afternoon pretty good at night no good just hood
Can be pretty sketchy after dark, but totally fine during the day. Numerous homeless people and drug dealers frequently hang out here. Good place to catch Pokemon also.
8th street has a park to chill out with water..tum and other things to do
Be careful about stepping in vomit and the homeless in this area its ok during the day but not at night
