Super awesome and highly recommended. Christina is very professional and nice!
Christina and team are incredibly knowledgeable about the body and create effective workouts. I highly recommend 2 the Core to all, especially those who are pregnant or at any stage postpartum. The physical strength and education is worth every penny!
