Sunridge World Health

I have been training at this club for several years now. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.My trainer Eric is wonderful. His programs are challenging but do-able. He adapts the work-out to my abilities and restrictions. He has such a positive outlook on life in general and you can tell that he loves what he is doing.

Been training with Eric since I joined the gym. He’s knowledgeable and very passionate about his work. I have fun when workout here and can see myself making significant progress. The gym knows how to keep its equipments clean and updated.

This is an awesome gym. They are very helpful and encouraging. I am reaching some fitness goals and am well on my way to getting to where I want to be. The trainers are awesome and right on things. They are always checking up on you to see how things are going. I would highly recommend this gym to others.
