146 Fitness LLC

It's coming along. I've been a member for 7 months and the transformation has been decent. The new "functional" fitness area upstairs is nice and the conversion of the basketball court into the weight room is decent. But the facility still lacks equipment. No pec dec machine, no standing calf raise machine, and no true cable crossover stand. Dumbbells only up to 80lbs as well. Showers leave much to be desired. Current membership rate is $40/month which to me isn't worth it. But the convenience factor of the gym for me can't be beat, so I shell out the money for a subpar gym. Turn down the music a little, add more dumbbells, add more updated machines, and consider expanding the shower/locker room facility. Maybe dropping the fee a little will help with member retention and acquisition

Clean, 24 hour gym located conveniently on 146 northbound. The equipment is newer and in good condition, some of the rooms themselves could use updates. It's a smaller gym, so it lacks the variety of equipment of a larger facility, but this doesn't hinder getting my workout done at all; in the mornings, there's never a wait for equipment. Two different levels of membership available for a reasonable cost for the value of each. I'm never there when the staff are, but they were friendly and helpful when I signed up in person with them.

Tim (the owner) makes workout customized to your personal needs and fitness level at no additional charge. He makes it easy. Great value!

The new owner are great people with amazing customer service. Tim puts his clients first and works with them on a personal level. Best workouts I have ever been apart.
