Team Link Muay Thai

When I first showed up I wasn't too sure what to expect, I was and still am an avid martial arts fan so that is what interested me but what I got was so much more. I built great friendships, lost a good amount of weight (26lbs) but more than anything, I gained a second family. The coaches, students are will to help out with anything & make you feel so comfortable as you learn an amazing art.

I didn’t know what to expect when I signed up for the women’s striking class with Team Link back in November. The hope was that I would lose a little weight and maybe learn a thing or two about kickboxing. I did end up losing a little weight (about 15lbs or so) and learning a few things about kickboxing, but the results of my training with Team Link haven’t ended there – not even close! I hated cardio, and almost didn’t sign up for the women’s striking program because I didn’t think I could handle the workouts. Let’s just say I am glad I went for it because just this weekend I completed my first 5K! Stepping out of my comfort zone has been a major struggle for me in all areas of life. Since joining Team Link, I’ve been surrounded by nothing by positive and encouraging coaches and peers. They will push you beyond what you think are your limits and that will carry over into life off of the mat. I recently applied for a new position within my company, cut out negative influences in my life, and my new level of confidence has been recognized and complimented quite a bit lately. There are still moments of weakness and self-doubt, but the coaches at Team Link care enough to notice and take time to get to the heart of what’s holding you back so you can work together to move forward. You wouldn’t get that kind of support at your traditional gym. This, and the many friendships you’ll make along your journey, is why you’ll hear people say Team Link is a family. I highly recommend Team Link to others looking to be surrounded by positive energy and ultimately change their lives for the better .

Since I joined Team Link and began training in the art of Muay Thai, I have realized a few things...1) Team Link believes in total body conditioning. Both my body and my mind have have developed at a rate I wasn't sure I'd ever see. 2) The atmosphere is fun and lively which makes the intense workouts that much easier to handle. 3) Training with excellent and mindful coaches helps with the learning process. I belonged to several gyms in the past and never have I received such one-on-one attention as I do here at Team Link. I now belong to the Team Link Muay Thai family and am proud to consider them as such in return. GO TEAM LINK!!!!!

Team Link has a really great atmosphere in the class. Whether a beginner, or experienced the attention to your ability to help you progress is fantastic! I've recommended them to friends and look forward to training with them for a long time.

Excellent clean facility, great coaches, very encouraging, energetic people and atmosphere!! I attended the Team Link gym in Worcester for judo and boxing for 3.5 years. Absolutely loved it there. The cross-fit gym is located in the same building, which can be convenient. Highly recommended!
