Story

Hot Power Yoga Center opened on 12/18/14. Hot Power Yoga Center is a Hot Vinyasa Yoga studio in Worcester, Massachusetts. The word Vinyasa means “linking breath to movement.” Vinyasa yoga classes are creative and teachers take students on a journey where the poses are found through breath. Vinyasa yoga is sometimes referred to as flow yoga since students flow from pose to pose in this style of class. Hot Power Yoga Centers teachers never teach the same exact class twice, we pride ourselves on our creative flows. Never choreographed, our teachers feed off the energy and level of the yogis in the room, to deliver a new experience every time you roll out the mat.

I was never into yoga, but I attended hot power yoga center and it truly changed my perspective on the practice. I always found yoga studios unwelcoming and clique, but at hot power I felt right at home!! This place is amazing and would highly recommend it to anyone.

I can see why this studio won the best of Central MA award. The instructors are excellent.  Their attitudes are so positive and encouraging.  They remind you that yoga is not just poses, it is also breathing and setting a focus for your practice.  I'm also grateful that they believe in making yoga affordable. Comparatively, this studio is very reasonably priced.

I have been taking yoga at this studio for over one year.  During that time the affects are positive:  my running is much better as well as my overall health.  The instructors are very helpful, very down to earth, and willing to help you with your challenges.

I have taken yoga classes many times over the years and I have to say........Kristen is by far the best teacher I have ever had! She explains and demonstrates the poses very well and will give individual instruction when needed or asked for. You can rent a Jade yoga mat and non slip towel there, so no need to purchase expensive supplies at a nominal price of $3!  So much cheaper than buying your own, and believe me....you will want a non slip good quality mat for hot yoga!  I highly recommend Hot Power Yoga Center!
