This was the perfect little get away, right at the heart of Niagara on the lake. We stayed for two nights in one of their wellness suites which came with a massage bed, pretty cool imo. The room was very clean and hotel staff were very friendly and easily reachable. We tired out their hydrotherapy circuit at the spa and it was very relaxing, going through the different rooms steam room, sauna, cold room. They have amazing food options from the restaurants that are associated with the hotel and lots of places are within walking distance as well. The town itself is a magical little place, especially at night when the Christmas lights have lit the town. But overall it was a very relaxing stay and perfect little getaway for any couple looking for somewhere to go in Ontario.
The room was by far one of the nicest rooms I have been in, very clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. We were provided with a complimentary room upgrade without even asking and am so thankful for that experience. The service was amazing. Friendly staff that went above and beyond to make your stay an enjoyable one. Great location. Bar served one of the best cocktails I ever had. We did not eat at restaurant though I’ve heard it’s really good. The massage and thermalnCircuit was amazing. Everything was very clean there as well.
Excellent overall experience. Staff were fabulous, friendly, helpful and immediate in responding. Room was extremely nice, would choose to be in signature building next time - balcony in Guest House would be nice in summer, but not as much in winter and frosted glass meant couldn't see out/no window. Spa was tops. Treadwell sumptuous. We'll definitely make this a repeat experience. Thank you.
Just wow!nI went to the Spa and did not stay in the hotel.nThe service staff at the entrance to the hotel and the spa were lovely. I did the hydrotherapy as well as got a Swedish massage.nThe hydrotherapy circuit was amazing. They have a snow room, cold pool, steam room, dry sauna, and hot tub, I felt amazing after! The massage was great as well. They also have a relaxation room where you can sit as you wait for service, with comfortable seating and complimentary snacks, coffee and tea.nOverall an amazing experience, I can't wait to go back!
We had a wonderful stay!nThe room was stunning and modern and the staff were great!nnThe room was fairly quiet, except there was a furnace in the room which made some noise but not too much at all!nnWe took advantage of a great winter package and enjoyed it very much. Location is great! cocktails at NOTL also great !nnWe will be making this an annual trip!
