The facility is very well maintained. The staff are very knowledgeable and have gone out of their way to help. The best part is that they accept deliveries on your behalf, without you being present - which not all storage facilities do.

I have been using this facility for the past year and a half and I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. They are caring, deliver great customer service and are great with communication. Payment was simple and I had the pleasure of dealing with Anna who always went above and beyond.

I have rented out one of the large heated units for over a year now. Great location, very clean facilities, very secure, staff is responsive and accommodating. They were kind enough to upgrade and replace our locks free of charge to make them more secure.

I was in need of some storage space and the staff at ZoomZoom were very helpful in helping me to set up my unit and answering all my questions. The important thing with this type of service is the support after you first sign up and here they are also great, keeping me up to date on any changes or notices that I might need to know.

We have used a few storage locations in Markham and they have all been acceptable but Zoom Zoom is outstanding. Access is straight forward, the storage lockers a good size, dollies are all functional and generally easy to access and use, lighting is great and the overall facility is clean and inviting.
