Dayton Self Storage

I became a customer of Dayton Storage Markham in 2018 and they have been the best storage services facility I have ever dealt with. Their site Manager Lorraine Harvey is a pleasure to do business with. Very professional, efficient and responsive. Their other staff members are excellent as well, as they take their ques from the site manager. The company has discounts for small business customers. They do not hike up their rates unreasonably high as other storage places do. They offer other discounts for people who can afford to prepay for 6 months or more. They also do monthly billings NOT every 4 weeks which also saves me money. Like I said, the best, and most reasonably priced storage facilities storage services you can get, that is fairly close to downtown Toronto, and excellent staff. Kaayla

I have been dealing with the Markham location since 2005. I have recommended many people over the years and all of us have been very happy. I run a landscape company and store my trailers and trucks there. I have multiple parking spots and units as well. Lorraine and the staff are very accommodating to what I require and are very reasonable priced to fit my budget. I wouldn't have been here for 17 years if there was any doubt. Highly recommended. As my company grew and the need for addition storage they always worked with me to make everything easily accessable for spots and units for my staff and myself.

Customer service were excellent, pricing were very competitive plus the confidence that the Markham Branch Lorraine and her team were great. The team at the front desk that is managing the property including Viktor were very helpful. Security, cleanliness were a plus factor. I would strongly recommend this branch.

Great place to store your equipment . Good competitive rates for absolutely everything. If is room available for a new account they call you from the waiting list. Great team at the front desk that is managing the property. There is one thing missing! Space to turn around for professional equipment Tight curbs, and not enough space. Maybe is just about the time to find one more location in the area or extend into the grass area Such way, nobody will be stress when parking. Security is at best Never had an issues. Being a small setting many times customers knows each other and they collaborate very nice with the front desk managing team.

Been using this place for years. It used to be good and convenient but with the recent "security" changes it's been ridiculous! First of all, no email/ phone calls before they added new entrance security feature...showed up after a long day of work to drop off my tools only to find out i couldn't access my own storage unit! Called the next day and complained and was told it is what it is!! Got a pin for access but didn't realize and wasn't told it's only good for 24 hours! Came back another day to find out i didnt have access yet again!!! Do you seriously expect us to pre-plan our storage access? Didn't realize I had to plan it like a wedding...weak execution and weaker management

Decent storage place. They claim to have 24/7 monitoring but I haven't ever seen any cameras. Storage unit was the cheapest I could find, that's the main reason I rented it. On-line system for making payments seems to work well. Not a lot of parking but hardly anyone is ever there, so it's not a big deal. Inside seems to be heated fairly well around 15C I would guess.

Got my locker broken into and no one from Dayton gave me a call to inform me what happened. I found out myself about a few weeks later after looking at my locker to see my things scattered. Although this place is relatively cheap, it cost me more in the long run.

I have been Dayton Self Storage client for the past 6 years, the service is phenomenal, especially Lorraine is super organised and friendly.

We have been a customer of Dayton for the past 10 years and have only positive feedback to say. The facility is safe, clean and the staff is friendly. If you are looking for a storage facility, Dayton is the place to go! Thanks Alex

You pay for what you get. Gare never works, it at least when I goto the unit. 1 out of 3 times. My unit was broken into 3 times, and my vehicle has been vandalised as well. Tenant beware. Dont leave your stuff there.
