Zooka Super Toothcare for Kids Dentistry of Redmond

Unprofessional, rude and ignorant (or just lazy, not sure which) Terrible experience with Rex and his staff. They told us that there was nothing we could do and then we went to another place and discovered there were multiple things we could do! They actually harmed our childs teeth but misleading us for months about the urgency of the problem. Should never have trusted them. My kid's teeth would be much better off if we never even went to Zooka. Now we need more treatments to correct their mistakes. So their attitude actually HARMED our child and reduced her chances of recovery. We are currently considering what further action to take. Including a formal complaint with our insurance company and the BBB. Not sure if dentists take any kind of oath to do no harm like real doctors, but This kind of attitude from a medical practitioner is straight up dangerous.

My kiddos and I moved to a new town almost 2 years ago and I was beyond excited to learn that Dr. Rex and his team travel to our new town. He learned of an area that had a need and they make a sacrifice so that our kids can have fantastic dental care! Both my kids feel so at ease with Dr. Rex and his staff as well. They are all calm, fun and helpful. Both of my kids needed quite a bit of work in a short amount of time and they were very informative and upfront about the costs, the treatment plan and making sure that my kids got into the schedule in a timely manner. I understand that having to come up with the costs upfront can be a real strain on the budget, but working my career in the medical field, gives me insight and understanding. Medical/dental bills are the LAST to get paid each and every time and the most likely to go to collections. It is all one of the most expensive businesses to keep up and running. Their requirement is not to be greedy or appear as though they don't care. Quite the contrary actually, it is because they DO care and they want to keep their doors open so they can continue to offer top notch care for our kiddos! Thank you Dr. Rex and team!

Thank you so, so much for making the experience easy on my child. He has seen 6 other dentist and some would not even do anything for him since he was so scared. And thank you so much to Dr. Gibson who helped out with half of his deductible from the insurance since we could not come up with the money and he needed dental care so badly. Your the greatest dental office ever!!! PS your staff is so friendly and helpful, you have a great team at Zooka!!

Dr. Rex is awesome with my son! Even though he needed quite a bit of work done, he didn't seem to mind it! He enjoyed the games, televisions, and even the token at the end! Dr. Rex was meant for this type of work...he is great with kids, and has a lot of fun working with them.

My daughter loves Dr. Gibson , she has always been scared of going to the dentist and he made sure to make her feel comfortable
