Redmond Dental Group: Higbee Max W DDS

They had scheduled me on a Monday and on Friday previous I was in pain. They got me in on that Friday and got me in for emergency surgery the next day. I've always been nervous about dentists but no longer. I don't remember my surgery and can't wait to go back.

WORST experience ever! Maybe he's more caring and gentle with his regular adult patients, but I had to take my 6 year old son to him for an emergency. NEVER EVER EVER take a child to this man! ZERO compassion, completely cold, uncaring, I would say even mean, AND he almost forgot to ask ME if he could actually do the procedure he had already started. And those were the ONLY words he spoke to me throughout the entire HORRIBLE experience! I will NEVER go there again, and I suggest you save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else other than to Max Higbee DDS. The staff was nice, that's the only nice thing I can say about it.

Dr. Higbee has been serving the community of Redmond and the surrounding area with the utmost compassion. I have been going to the Redmond Dental Group for years and have been cared for by both of the dentists there, and am treated like family whenever I come in. I can't think of a better office that treats everyone like a celebrated person. Thank you to the Redmond Dental Group for everything that they have done for me and my family.

Max Higbee is one of the most generous people I know. He cares for his community as much as he does his staff. He is a great dentist and a great person.

The dentist and his assistant were fine. However some office staff were not good.
