Bought an absolutely beautiful anniversary bouquet from Zoe's. The staff were helpful, the service excellent and the blooms were bloomin lovely! The one small problem that we had was dealt with quickly and so amazingly well that we were left gobsmacked. What an amazing company! Edit: one week on and the flowers still look incredible.

Not being very knowledgeable about flowers myself, I appreciated the suggestions and advice Zoe's Florist gave me when choosing the flowers for my Nan's funeral. I was so happy with the beautiful flowers for the service! They even went above and beyond after the funeral by turning the flowers from the casket display into beautiful little bunches that I was able to hand out to some of my relatives. Highly recommend!

My husband has been buying flowers for me from Zoe's for years. Last week my flowers were not to the usual high standard and I contacted Zoe's to express my disappointment. I have to say that John has been completely professional and helpful in handling my concerns, and with no prompting by myself, they have just delivered a stunning display to my office by way of apology and thanks for bringing the matter to their attention. All companies get it wrong sometimes, it is the way in which they handle the situation that matters. In my opinion Zoe's got it spot on today, the flowers are stunning and rest assured my husband will continue to buy me flowers there!
