Horribly rude. Lost our daughters prom order and blamed us for their incompetence. When my daughter told them we would go somewhere else the owner said "good I didn't want to deal with you anyway". After hearing many similar stories from friends experiences there its no suprise, we should have asked or read reviews first. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from The House of Flowers on Market St.

Very pleasant person helped me put together a nursing themed arrangement for my daughter. It was delivered to her within an hour and is perfect! The arrangement is beautiful and really reasonably priced! I'll definitely use House of Flowers again.

I used the House of Flowers for my wedding and I was a hard customer because I didn't really know what I wanted. She asked me to send her pictures of what I liked and she asked if I had color samples too. I met her about a week or two week before my wedding. She sat down with me and showed me sample books. I loved what she showed me! She is really good at listening, understanding what my needs were, my budget and the type of wedding I was planning. She also delivered the flowers so I didn't have to worry about anything on the my big day and her little shop is really cute.

Tremendous! I've worked with them for several years and never had an issue.Everyone has always been friendly and helpful. Fresh flowers and well displayed for whatever i wanted.
