Zippy Shell Moving & Storage - Greater Chicago

Customer care, I think says it all. These guys really cared and helped me with such understanding and worked around my schedule. As a single female senior citizen, I felt confident that these guys would manage my move properly and they surpassed my expectations. Kevin, particularly stood out, as my home was being unloaded. Mona could not have been sweeter on the phone with me. And Dan is the man with the plan so he's the guy that really sets the standard high and I feel every one of his employees do an outstanding job. I just wish I could remember the names of all the folks who participated in this stressful time in my life. Like a bunch of neighbors stepping in and making sure your transition is as easy as possible. That's why I love them. You will too

My husband and I were quickly running out of precious space in our 2 bed/ 2 bath condo when our son was born. Therefore, we invested in a container from Zippy Shell to help us free up an extra bed and other storage items we were holding onto. The container arrived right on our street and we loaded it up with the help of a friend (although they offer loading services too) and our work was done. The driver came to pick the container back up and take it to their warehouse. The easiest storage solution I could have imagined. Very worthwhile when living in the city and space is precious.

We had a great experience this morning with our driver, Kevin. He was in touch with us throughout the morning via phone to update us on his arrival time, and was exactly on time. We had some issues with the moving company we hired (independent of ZippyShell), and Kevin was patient and helpful as we worked out the situation. Thanks Kevin!

So far I would rate Zippy Shell 5 stars. They delivered a shell on time. While packing, I realized I needed a second shell. I was able to receive a shell the next day for the same price as the first shell. They worked with my budget of what I wanted to pay for storage too. I highly recommend them.

If moving could be wonderful, then Zippy Shell is the answer. From our personal moving assistant, Kristia, to the delivery of our trailer on moving day, the on time arrival of our packers, the expedited delivery to our new city, to the on time delivery of our trailer at our new home and again the great service provided by our movers, the total experience was great. And, Kristia called us last night to confirm we were settled in. Amazing service, well done! And it was the least expensive quote by far.
